Sometimes, to obtain the appropriate information to price and advise on some types of work, we need to inspect the locations in person, or at least, perform a walk-through of the property.
In these cases, we must send one of our specialists to check all of the details in person, talk to you, take pictures and measurements to prepare a detailed work agreement for you.
